How do my feeds stay up to date?
Product changes queue a background update. Your last successful feed stays available while the next version is built. Your advertising platform downloads the feed on its own schedule.
Why are products and variants different?
A Shopify product can have several sizes or colors. Your feed contains one item for each eligible variant. We show products and variant items separately; open a feed’s status details to see any excluded items.
How are markets, languages and currencies selected?
The choices come from your Shopify settings. A single available option is selected automatically. Product prices and links follow the selected country and language.
What happens when a description or translation is missing?
Blank descriptions use the product title. If an existing description is missing its selected translation, the affected items are reported in feed details.
What should I do if a feed needs attention?
Open View details beside the status badge. Correct the reported product data or mapping, then refresh the feed. If a much smaller feed is held for review, check the exclusions before approving publication.
