Information we process
When you install the app, we store your Shopify store domain, encrypted app access credentials, feed settings, and catalog data needed to generate your feeds: product and variant identifiers, descriptions, translations, prices, inventory availability, images and storefront links. Shopify session tokens authenticate access to the app. We do not request customer or order access, and we do not store customer records or your Shopify password.
Why we use it
We use this information to generate and update feeds, authenticate store access, diagnose errors, prevent misuse and provide support. We process store catalog information on your instructions to provide the service. We process necessary operational and support information to operate and secure the service and respond to your requests.
Public feed links
Feed URLs contain unguessable identifiers, but are public links. Anyone who has a link can download the product information in that feed. Only create feeds for product information you intend to publish. We do not send feeds to advertising platforms automatically; you decide where to submit the links. Destination platforms process submitted feeds under their own policies.
Hosting and sharing
Our infrastructure providers process information to host and operate the app. We request catalog data from Shopify over encrypted connections. We do not sell your information or use catalog data for advertising profiles. Information may be disclosed when legally required.
Retention and removal
We retain installation and catalog data while the app is installed. Deleting a feed disables its URL immediately; unused generated files are removed by background cleanup after a short grace period. Uninstalling revokes access to all feeds and removes stored access tokens and feed data. Remaining installation records are deleted within 48 hours or when Shopify requests shop redaction. Minimal webhook delivery identifiers expire within seven days. Encrypted operational backups, when enabled, expire within seven days and are used only for recovery. After a restore, feed serving stays disabled until uninstalls and deletion requests have been reconciled.
Your choices and rights
You can edit or delete feeds in the app and uninstall it through Shopify. Contact start@pansyer.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you, or to ask about applicable privacy rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Updates
We will update this notice when the service or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
